How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, invoices and refunds.
To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at welcome@roomswithsoul.com and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the amount to appear.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.

Du kannst jederzeit kündigen. Dein Zugang bleibt bis zum Ende des bereits bezahlten Zeitraums bestehen, danach erfolgt keine weitere Abbuchung. Upgrades und Downgrades gelten sofort und werden anteilig verrechnet.
