We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
The SOLO plan includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial no payment is taken; if you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, invoices and refunds.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the amount to appear.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
